Rather than tag-bomb such a short article, I'll address a few things here. First, "Tanana River Bridge" is an ambiguous enough title to cause doubt as to whether this particular bridge is really the primary topic for this title. While this bridge was completed and dedicated, there's no general use or access at the present time and no train tracks connect to it. Doug Isaacson, during his sole term in the state House, fought for some measure of public access, which is a tricky issue because the southern terminus leads to military training grounds occasionally open to public recreation. Still, it's doubtful that it will see that much public use in the future because of those military lands. For those reasons, it's questionable as to whether many people in the surrounding Fairbanks and North Pole areas even know it exists. The bridge at Big Delta or either of the bridges at Nenana are far more likely to be known as the "Tanana River Bridge" by the public. Second, the sole source found in the article at present fails WP:SIGCOV, in that the article is substantially about another river crossing and only mentions this bridge in passing. Plenty of other media pieces exist about THIS bridge, even if most of them are from around four to six years ago. Plenty of news archive services exist out there which can help you find those pieces. Third, there are a ton of images from the dedication ceremony on Fort Wainwright's Flickr photostream. The folks over at Commons who frequently mass-upload military images which are largely unusable by sister projects evidently haven't gotten around to bothering with content which would be useful.
