Time-frame[edit]

Be good to clarify the time-frames of 'Summer City' as there is evidence of it being used as a name for events in the 2000's. Room for further expansion of the article to describe the different phases of it including the 'Garden's Magic'. Pakoire (talk) 02:15, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The evidence shows Tony Backhouse played and sang with Wide Mouthed Frogs https://www.audioculture.co.nz/profile/wide-mouthed-frogs and separately with Michelle Scullion. Thanks - indeed I'm sure Summer City continued on well into the 2000s. I'm not sure what "Garden's Magic" is? I've clarified this name re-use defining the difference between the early dates when TEP, PEP and Student employment schemes were used.. I've also added clarification around artists being employed on longer and shorter contracts. Photo is not Garth Frost[edit]

The Photo used in the article described "Garth Frost Puppet Theatre" it is not Garth Frost onstage.

I'm not sure who the performer is . They are performing magic, but it is not Timothy Woon or Timothy Hyde.

You can see Garths Puppet booth in the background. Perhaps a more generic Photo description may be appropriate if we can't identify the performer.

Thank you - I didn't add the pic. with "Garth" and can hardly remember his face! Thanks for helping clarify dates etc... it's tricky stuff especially given papers past isn't yet available to find citable material - hence why we spent four visits to the Wellington City Council archives to gather material.
