Is SPLM-N (al-Hilu) still part of SRF?[edit]

The sources for the attempted unity are mostly from 2011. It seems that SPLM-N (al-Hilu) is negotiating in the Sudanese peace process independently of SRF. So we should consider removing SPLM-N and al-Hilu from the list of groups and leaders in SRF. Sources would help, although finding sources for a negative statement (a claim that A is not in B) can be harder than for a positive statement (A is in B).
