The Broons

Was the Glebe Street in Stobswell Dundee really the one the Broons supposedly lived in? It was not an uncommon name (there was at least one in Glasgow). Though the strips were vague about the setting (although some 1930s suggest a Clydeside location, later ones fit better with Dundee) and now use a fictional name for the town where Glebe Street is. Baxter Park

Baxter Park currently redirects to Craigiebank as I have noted on that article's talkpage I have concerns about this being the case. I was not on Wikipedia when it was decided to delete the Baxter Park article and redirect it to the Craigiebank article in 2009. I have never heard Baxter Park as being described as being in Craigiebank, nor am I aware of any sources that suggest this. The park was certainly not in the old Craigiebank Council Ward. Craigiebank is to the east of Baxter Park and is south of Arbroath Road and the park is on the north side. I think it would be far more sensible to have the section on Baxter Park in the this article, and it already has a picture of the park. I would note several websites class the park is being in Stobswell eg [1] as do local newspaper articles such as this one [2] and therefore it would be logical to redirect here and include info on the park in this article.
