Move: Not all "domkirche" are cathedrals[edit]

Although most "domkirchen" in Germany are cathedrals, it is not necessarily always the case. This parish church who once was a "Kollegialstift" is one of those. The official page reads in German "Seit dieser Zeit heißt die Kirche daher im volkstümlichen Sprachgebrauch "Patrokli-Dom". Diesen Begriff verwenden wir im Folgenden weiter.". I therefore moved the page to account for that. --Alberto Fernández Fernández (talk) 18:02, 30 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You moved the page, I moved it, removing a space, and suggest to move it again. We know that is not a cathedral (a bishop's seat), but is called Dom, as many other major German churches. The best way- if you ask me - would be to have it under the German name and explain. Let's discuss. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:10, 30 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
After reading some sources, I made a redirect for St. Patrokli, Soest, thinking that it would be a rather neutral name for the article itself, being a bit a "common name", which none of the English translations is, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:32, 30 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I slept over it and moved. St. Patrokli is the name on the official website, it covers both parish and church (which the article eventually also should do), and is understood in both German and English. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:41, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
