No Capacities listed[edit]

How come no capacity stats are listed (other than a vauge comment about "nearly 20,000 by the time the Blues left in 1994"? Surely these types of things are published in programs and guide books, etc. --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 00:20, 21 April 2009 (UTC) It was 17,256 not counting standing room only. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.0.35.237 (talk) 08:24, 29 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It was 18,159 total capacity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.0.32.170 (talk) 06:05, 26 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Olympic festival[edit]

What about the 1994 Olympic Festival that had ice hockey in the Arena?

Arena Annexes and Arena Bowl?[edit]

There's no mention of the large out-buildings to the immediate east and west of the Arena. One of them was home to Arena Bowl, which I believe housed 144 lanes of bowling and hosted US championship competitions and televised bowling. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.184.200.143 (talk) 05:44, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Spirits of St. Louis section[edit]

While the information provided is all true, absolutely none of it is relevant to the Arena itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AndyAkeko (talkcontribs) 07:56, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

"Concerts" Section Misleading, Effectively Inaccurate[edit]

This minimal "Concerts" list of 13 artists and their shows is a misleading and essentially inaccurate representation of the many hundreds of shows that were held in the facility over its long, storied history from 1929 to 1999. I made an edit to this section on 25 November, 2022 to add context and resources for further St. Louis Arena concert history: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=St._Louis_Arena&oldid=1123814496

I now see that less than 2 hours later, my edit was simply removed by @Magnolia677 without comment.

It's a disappointing reception for this first-time editor, long-time user and regular Wikipedia financial contributor. Okturtle (talk) 16:29, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Okturtle: Your edit was not appropriate for many reasons. Please take some time to read some of the support pages for new editors. If you need help there are many volunteers to assist you. One of the reasons you gave money to Wikipedia is because editors like me keep high standards. Magnolia677 (talk) 16:44, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
"Your edit was not appropriate for many reasons" - Although you don't even explain one or provide context.
"Please take some time to read..." - Your presumption is inaccurate.
"One of the reasons you gave money" You ARE quick to presume, and you've not demonstrated "high standards" I'd respect.
You've spent quite of few words saying very little and demonstrating a lack of genuine helpfulness and appreciation for what I'd tried to post. If you are representative of the "high standards" of Wikipedia editors, it's not a club I want to join. Okturtle (talk) 17:49, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
