Too many images[edit]

This article has too many images. In fact it has image for every facultym which it totally redundant for an university article. It can be accepted if those faculties are described in the article. So right now I stand with Obi2canibe. L Manju please describe those faculties and their service/purpose before adding images again. And also remember to cite your information with reliable sources. Wikipedia is an encylopedia not an image gallery.--Chamith (talk) 09:21, 18 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Just to explain my edit - I considered the inclusion of images in the faculty sections excessive as the prose in each of the sections was only one sentence long. As a result there were a lot of whitespace which is ugly and undesirable (see this version of the article). User:L Manju has stated that other university articles have images, which they do, but they also contain a lot more prose and as a result the images do not dominate the article, they enhance the article by illustrating the prose. If and when this article is expanded the images can be added back.--obi2canibe^{talk contr} 19:52, 18 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
