New Season[edit]

Merge[edit]

I suggest Sons of Butcher (band) be merged into this article. After extensive Google searching, I cannot find evidence of the band being signed or any of their albums ever having been available for purchase, even online. Erpert (let's talk about it) 19:30, 23 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Um... although I don't think they ever signed with a company, their albums are certainly available for purchase. (The last two, however, have indeed only been available online and at concerts) I'm not sure why you performed the merge. Granted, there weren't any objections raised, but there also wasn't even one note of support. Also, no merge was performed.

They had a cross-country tour, four albums (so far), numerous concerts since the end of the show, and two of the three have started Massive Explosion (with the third having a cameo). Granted, that last bit wasn't in the band's article anyhoo. But it doesn't look like any merge was performed at all.

Were it simply a merge (even without a single chime of support), I'd probably just leave it be. But since the tag was for a merge, but a redirect was performed instead, I'm afraid I feel compelled to restore the article.

If you have problems with the article, please do things the 'right' way. Make the merge (or redirect) suggestion, then say why (lack of references, lack of notability, whatever), and then wait for at least one person to agree with you. 209.90.135.227 (talk) 06:10, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
