[edit]

From this article I learn:

  • Solidarity logo designed by Jerzy Janiszewski (on article page)
  • Solidarity Logo Created by Kaz Bascik
Project: Jerzy Janiszewski (on image page)

There is a contradiction here. Can someone resolve this? Thanks. Wanderer57 (talk) 04:04, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Gary Cooper and the Solidarity Poster[edit]

HOW ABOUT ADDING A SECTION ABOUT THE GARY COOPER AND SOLIDARITY LOGO POSTER? "The most famous Solidarity poster combines the Solidarity logo with a still of American film star Gary Cooper as the sheriff in the world famous 1952 movie High Noon." quoted from the Contemporary Poster site. Scroll down to the 08/00 news release. http://www.contemporaryposters.com/newsrelease/newsrelease.php Designer Thomasz Sarnecki put at the bottom of the poster (in Polish) that June 4, 1989 is High Noon (i.e. the election date).

In his tribute to Ronald Reagan, Lech Walesa says that he is still asked to sign the High Noon Gary Cooper Solidarity poster. http://www.opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110005204Victorianezine (talk) 16:56, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
