Unnecessary links[edit]
I don't understand why the terms "village" and "municipality" in the first sentence of the article are linked to descriptions of the terms. First, these are commonly understood terms; and second, too much blue text -- signifying links -- interrupts the flow of the text. The rest of the article seems fine.
