Failed High Court against the making of a Sexual Offences Act notification order[edit]

There's a decision in the High Court, issued on 1 May 2020, concerning his latest legal challenge against the making of a Notification Order (made in September 2018) under section 97 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 arising from his 1998 rape conviction in France.
