Switching from Heb. to Yid.[edit]

עהרענפלד is neither Hebrew nor Yiddish. Modern Heb. spelling would be ארנפלד while Yid. spelling would be עהרענפעלד. Since the subject of this article used the Yid. spelling, the article should follow that language. However, when I try to change it, it appears like this:

Shmuel Ehrenfeld (Yiddish: שמואל עהרענפעלד) (1891–1980), known as...
