Acting SG[edit]

Lolita Applewhaite was Acting Secretary-General from January to July 2011. She's listed on this page as being the 7th SG. The press release announcing the appointment of the new SG (Irwin LaRocque) mentions that he is now the 7th SG. Should we remove Lolita Applewhaite from the list, since she was not actually the Secretary-General, but simply acting in the position until the new appointment? Don't see why. She may not have been the official SG, but by removing the information the article then becomes incomplete. It would then leave people without any clue as to who took on the duties of the SG from December 2010 to August 2011. Also one would have to remove the other acting secretary general (Joseph Tyndall). I also think the press release is a bit unclear as La Rocque is the sixth person to act as official Secretary General, but he is the seventh Secretary General with regards to terms (as I believe Carrington was re-appointed to a second consecutive stint).208.131.189.45 (talk) 17:20, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
