Merge of Campsites (The Scout Association)[edit]

It is proposed that Campsites (The Scout Association) be merged here. That article was started by an editor who wanted to list all Scout Camp sites in the UK, by copying details from the County/Area article. I persuaded him to not do that. See discussion at Talk:Campsites (The Scout Association). The article is now identical to Scout Activity Centre (The Scout Association) except for a link to one camp site in Scotland, which is, I think, the only UK camp site with its own article except for the activity centres. It could be mentioned in "See also". Please discuss the merge below. --Bduke (talk) 06:55, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge done - no dissent. --Bduke (talk) 23:28, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Accuracy[edit]

"They offer outdoor facilities and activities for the whole Scouting movement." Experience suggests that this is not so, as use of many such sites is not permitted to non-WOSM groups. DiverScout (talk) 13:06, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Point taken. Is is better now? --Bduke (Discussion) 22:05, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
