I believe the use of adjectives such as "exciting" and "happily" to refer to the subject's work and life is not in the spirit of NPOV. Sinecostan 04:07, 30 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. This reads like promo. And what does "independant library" mean in the first paragraph? Rhinoracer 15:35, 23 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Its clear to me that it IS a promo. Because the text of the article is nearly an exact match to the blurb about Scott Mitchell Rosenberg on the Platinum Studios (he is the Chairman) | website

Controversy?[edit]

Is that controversy really notable? Seems pretty minor. --Awiseman 18:22, 27 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, it was Penny Arcade, arguably one of the biggest and most well known webcomics around. With 3 million readers a day any criticism by them is definitely worth noting, especially given what Rosenberg said. Nevertheless, I imagine what happens next will be more worthy of noting. --Havoc8844 21:21, 27 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, did the Penny Arcade part of the article really need to be removed? I mean, as is mentioned above in the discussion, the post DOES read like a puff piece. If someone out there on the interweb is critical of this guy it should be in the article (and if it is, in particular, the guys over at PA who have 3 million readers, over what SMR said in the New York Times which probably has considerably more readers) that ammounts to significant criticism. Rather than just removing it wholesale, I wish you would have, if anything, changed the language to make it more objective, or whatever. Maybe "Contraversy" is a bad word. Maybe "Recent Criticism" is a more fitting title. -jms, the original anonymous poster of the PA blurb

I'm going to put it back up with the title 'Criticism' or 'Recent Criticism', unless someone objects here in the next day or two. -jms

Also, it isn't just penny arcade: here's the relevant news/blog links. See if you think this NY Times article and the subsequent fallout has any 'significance'

" See if you think this NY Times article and the subsequent fallout has any 'significance'" Nope. Took it out.68.202.111.138 (talk)putitback and i'll edit war you
