Santa Claus Village Arctic Circle marker line (centre), Google Earth WGS84 66°32'36.63"N to Arctic Circle, 2020 January 1, UT 00:00:00 (mean obliquity, Lasker) WGS84 66°33'47.913"N is 2.208 km or 1.372 miles. Therefore, the Arctic Circle 2.208 km or 1.372 miles further north than the Santa Claus Village Arctic Circle marker line. Santa Claus Village Arctic Circle marker line "66° 32' 35" " N (on the line) and assuming in WGS84 to Arctic Circle, 2020 January 1, UT 00:00:00 (mean obliquity, Lasker), WGS84 66°33'47.913"N is 2.259 km or 1.404 miles. Therefore, the Arctic Circle 2.259 km or 1.404 miles further north than the Santa Claus Village Arctic Circle marker line. The difference between WGS84 "66° 32' 35" " N (assuming in WGS84) and Google Earth WGS84 66°32'36.63"N is 50 metres. In Wikipedia the latitudes for the Arctic Circle, Antarctic Circle, Tropic of Cancer, Tropic of Capricorn are calculated using the PHP Science Labs website's, Obliquity of the Ecliptic, Nutation in Obliquity and Latitudes of the Arctic/Antarctic Circle, and are calculated using mean Obliquity of the Ecliptic (Lasker). Wikipedia currently (2019 November 30) for the Arctic Circle "66°33′47.9″ north". The difference between Arctic Circle, 2020 January 1, UT 00:00:00 (mean obliquity, Lasker) precisely 66°33'47.913"N and precisely "66°33′47.9″ north" in latitude is 40 cm or 1 foot 3¾ inches.
