The person that has proposed this article be deleted just happens to be from the same IP address that has been vandalizing this article for the last few days. This is an artist article, she fulfills Wikipedia:WikiProject Contemporary Art/Notability and has significant, notable, international art exhibition history, history of awards & recognition.
More specific information needs to be provided by the tagger of this, since the stated "article's subject fails to meet the relevant notability guidelines" is clearly is not the case. "Advertising or other spam without any relevant or encyclopedic content" also needs further explanation? Which part of this article makes you feel like the language is not encyclopedic? Please explain further what you are looking for? Currently this article has over 30 citations from places like Stanford University, Yerba Buena Center For The Arts, San Francisco Arts Commission, San Francisco Chronicle, Payvand and many more...
