Sakhi Sarwar Off Limits To Foreign Nationals?[edit]
Someone mentioned to me that Sakhi Sarwar incl. the anual Urs is off limits to foreign nationals. I could not find any official release regarding that, but a number of websites claim the same, as well that the nearby hill station is allegedly also off limits. Anyone knows why?
