Recent move reverted[edit]

I have no idea what "Soko Vazduhoplovna Industrija, ro Vazduhoplovstvo" means, or where the name comes from, as the article has been, and still is, totally unsourced. Per WP:COMMONNAME, we really should use a title that is likely to be searched for in English. Anyway, such moves really need to be discussed beforehand. Thanks. - BilCat (talk) 07:53, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's an extended version of the name, an official name, literally the first part means "Soko Aviation Industry", the word "ro" could be RO == "radna organizacija" == "work organization" (a common generic term for companies in SFRY), and the last word also means "aviation". The changes do seem to be inconsequential in English, particularly the second part (seems way too intricate), except for the first word - was the core name spelled Soko or SOKO? --Joy [shallot] (talk) 10:00, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
A lot of sources use SOKO and Soko in the same articles, in english if it is a real word rather than an abbreviation it should be Soko. MilborneOne (talk) 11:49, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm fine with "Soko" if it's not a strict acronym, but Soko is currently a DAB page. I don't know if the manufacturer would be considered the primary topic or not. - BilCat (talk) 19:53, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
