Walford And ALS[edit]

The Wikipedia article on caloric restriction has an excellent and even-handed section on the possible connection between Walford's ALS and his own calorie restriction. I've cribbed most of it, slightly modified, for use in this article. I assume there is no Wikipedia rule that prohibits that. Nicmart (talk) 22:56, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of 120 Year Diet section[edit]

This section adds nothing of substance. The books are mentioned in Walford’s published works. I’m removing it. Nicmart (talk) 22:34, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Bestseller?[edit]

In the Published Works section it is stated that Walford’s book, Beyond the 120-Year Diet, was a bestseller. No source confirms that. In 2006, New York Magazine reported that the book was in its 5th printing[1], but that doesn’t tell us how many copies had been printed or sold. Each printing might have been a few thousand copies. Needs to be sourced or removed. Nicmart (talk) 22:48, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
