Contributions to skydiving[edit]

What documented contributions did Roger make to skydiving? I know he was Captain of the Olympic demo team. I'm pretty sure he was the one who pushed the USPA to allow BOC on student rigs. I think we could use some more detail on the Freak Brother's contributions as well as how the WFFC evolved from the FB Convention.
