Assessment

This is still a stub, but it is close to being a start class article. I would suggest adding some "criticisms" of the speedy process, as I am sure there are complaints about speed being emphasized over justice. Also, maybe some coverage of how they are able to speed through the process, as in the one part covered how one judge speed things along. Be careful what you wish for. One defendant convicted in a case heard by the Virginia rocket docket, United States v. LaRouche, has published extensive materials on how unfair his trial was. It could easily overwhelm the other material. However you're right that it should be mentioned. A problem is that this article doesn't cover just one court or district, but instead covers the generic concept of a fast trial. I'm afraid that most specifics would be better placed in articles on the districts or on individual judges. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 02:53, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
