Conflict of interest editing and edit war??[edit]

I note the repeated removal of properly cited material by one or more WP:SPAs, on occasions quoting "excessive detail" or "irrelevant material". The page has a number of experienced editors and the amount of detail does not appear to fall foul of WP:UNDUE. Please check Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure ..but if you are close to the subject and feel you have a genuine complaint e.g. inaccurate reporting, don't hesitate say so on the talk page -we want to get it right too! I intend to revert to my version of 22 August. I do note there are one or two broken links and I will attempt to replace or restore them. If there is continued removal of material I will ask an administrator to look at the page. Regards JRPG (talk) 22:06, 25 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you look at any related pages for backbench British politicians there is no where near as much detail as this one. We have noted that many of those who originally added the details had a conflict of interest and so simply wished to remove the excessive detail. In the interest of neutrality we have left several details which could be perceived as negative but removed unnecessary additions. Megggg6543 (talk) 10:11, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your comments have been noted. However I still believe you have a conflict of interest. You are free to report others with a conflict of interest but other stuff exists applies. JRPG (talk) 16:21, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Biased editing yet again! I'm here to create an encyclopaedia not write an election flyer -see wp:NOTHERE!
82.32.72.87, Megggg6543 has agreed to work with me to see if we can produce a better more neutral article and everything she has done recently appears compliant. I routinely work with experienced editors of different beliefs without any problem and I write about politicians of both major parties, particularly looking at removing bias. Please do not undo my recent edits without a good reason. If you still believe I am biased please say why -on this talk page -and I will ask a third party to look at it.
You both have useful expertise on this constituency. You might like to look at Wikipedia:Good article criteria as a standard we should try and meet. Regards JRPG (talk) 19:32, 31 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Eton[edit]

@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: Hi Fortuna, I'm sure you are aware that this page has been a I/P battle ground. I have previously re-added Eton which was sourced by an existing Telegraph article. I note most of the 'early life' section is missing or has disappeared & I hadn't expected his school to be contentious. The bottom of my talk page has a message from Megggg6543 offering to work with other contributors. Regards JRPG (talk) 21:45, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Only Cantonese & Mandarin speaker.[edit]

@2a02:c7d:c83d:ce00:545b:ad2d:5080:b457: Greetings 2a02:c7d:c83d:ce00:545b:ad2d:5080:b457. Your edit of 21:51, 17 May 2017 relating to "Graham being the only Parliamentarian who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin" inserted text describing his claim as "patently false." That appears unnecessarily offensive to the subject, hence I removed it. Whilst the claim is minor, as you say, Ashdown passed an interpreter's course and it therefore appears to wrong so I'll remove it. Regards JRPG (talk) 20:38, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

At some point there will be a Wiki page on MPs owned by the CCP[edit]

And this traitor will be at the top of the list, I though it worth noting now. 82.9.95.224 (talk) 08:09, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
