The microorganisms section is out of place. Try including them as a sentence in the opening statement instead. The history section is very difficult to understand. Try re-phrasing or reformatting that section for clarity. Article body is not a section title. Title sections by topic only. The article is formatted mostly as a collection of facts. Try connecting them into a coherent explanation. The methods section should probably be titled "identification" or something similar. R7Seven (talk) 20:59, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

"Many believe that this is event had to have happened later on as the Rickettsia and mitochondria evolved from a common ancestor." "Many scientists have been able to use fossils to identify and confirm these endosymbiotic events but, there is a lack of good fossils which makes reductive evolution very difficult." I think your references are great and you are using good sources to back the information you are putting on the wiki page, however, using statements that include "many believe" seems vague even if it coming from a source. Maybe instead of saying that many (or any quantity of people/scientists) are doing something or believe something, just make your statement without addressing a quantity. For example for the first sentence you could say "this event likely happened later on, as the Rickettsia and mitochondria evolved from a common ancestor."

"To put it simply, the amount of DNA in a haploid genome doesn't relate to the complexity of an organism and can be very different."

Maybe get rid of "to put it simply" and use something more neutral like "in other words," just because some may still not understand the information they are reading even though it is simplified. Zacharyherbert (talk) 23:59, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
