Coordinate error[edit]

The following coordinate fixes are needed for Qinghe District, Huai'an. It is showing in being in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea (33°35'58" N 33°35'58" E)

Merge this and Qingpu District, Huai'an to Qingjiangpu District?[edit]
