Needs improvement

This article does not really explain the difference between a brake and a press brake. The first animation is not a press brake, and belongs on the brake page, not here. Gypsydoctor (talk) 03:29, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The current article only describes a downstroke press. Upstroke presses, in which the top tool is static, and the bottom tool rises, are common. Upstroke presses are usually cheaper. AnnaComnemna (talk) 10:07, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The first sentence of the fourth paragraph of the "Types" section doesn't make much sense. "Entailed" is not the right word, and it's not even a full sentence. This should be changed, but I can't think of the right way to change it. Heterodymus (talk) 18:44, 24 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
