Spelling[edit]

I modernized the spelling of a few words that may have been quoted from the family geneology referenced herein. They weren't explicitly quoted so they may have been errors; on the other hand they may have been faithful reproductions of the spelling in the original. Founded?[edit]

Nowhere on this page does it give a clue as to when the village of Point Judith was actually founded. Narragansett wasn't incorporated until 1901, but Point Judith is much older. I've done extensive research, but despite me being a frequent visitor to the fishing town, I have not gotten a date or at least year when a settlement was created on the Point. Can somebody please give an accurate date/year? Derpface7 (talk) 10:29, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
