Ownership[edit]

Ok, let's get it here. Pobjeda is in most ownership of Government, not just Milo Djukanovic. If some other political party wins the election, it will then be closer to that political party. I don't see then the reason to mention "regime" of Milo Djukanovic like he is personal owner. OWNER IS GOVERNMENT, NOT MILO DJUKANOVIC. Rave92^(talk) 14:59, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, let's not pretend about how things function in Montenegro, or throughout the entire Balkans for that matter. Pobjeda is owned by Djukanovic's government and he named his personal adviser to be the paper's editor-in-chief... What more proof do you need.

I mean, it's like saying "Politika during the 1990s wasn't the mouthpiece of Milosevic's regime because its editors Zika Minovic and Hadzi Dragan Antic didn't have a formal connection with Slobo or because it was owned by Serbian government, which Milosevic wasn't formally a part of".65.95.237.54 (talk) 14:29, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Still, he isn't the personal owner. I know that he probably influence it, but I am not sure we can say it's used for his regime. It could be said if he personally owned it. Rave92^(talk) 17:03, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Montenegrin Cyrillic[edit]

NPOV violation - unsourced claim of newspaper supporting "social authoritarianism"[edit]

History of Pobjeda[edit]

The fourth sentence of the fifth paragraph is "The government ... was considering the write-off of Pobjeda's €2.2 million debt ... " What was the outcome? Did the government write off the debt? The reader is also not informed if an offer was made, or if (as earlier) no offers were made.

The last sentence of the same paragraph is that in late June 2008, Pobjeda posted a loss of €3.75 million for the calendar year 2007. The next paragraph flings the reader 7 years forward to 2015! Did Pobjeda continue posting huge losses until it was privatised? Did the government write off the debt? Does anyone know?

Any possible update from 2015 to the present?
