The article says nothing about what the dish contains besides meat. The fast food variant available in Sweden, anyway, usually contains a healthy dosage of garlic. Perhaps someone with more insight into the typical recipe could fill in? Daniel Väcklén (talk) 16:03, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've edit this article a bit since it had many mistakes and errors. Pljeskavica is a national dish of Serbia, as to being popular elsewhere, article needs citations, otherwise article is full of untruths and does not fit wiki standards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.220.53.72 (talk) 21:46, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It originated from serbia. What now we will fight over delicious food.I miss nationalistic fights. These hypocrite atheists ruin everything

Needs more sources for origin of pljeskavica[edit]

The only source we have is Serbian tourist portal with one sentence claiming that pljeskavica originates from Serbia, but with no evidences represented. Just because it's Serbian tourist site doesn't mean it's reliable. Countries from South-Eastern Europe have some strange fetish for fighting over small things... Just like Rakia... Anyway, I searched for other sources. They confirms that Leskovacka pljeskavica is very popular etc, but they do not say from where pljeskavica originates. So, Ill would suggest to find another source which would conifrm that pljeskavica originates from Leskovac or remove that part. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.138.204.12 (talk) 15:41, 14 October 2010 (UTC) [reply]

Rated it with high importance because of the close topics with well known Hamburger and pljeskavica being an internationally known national dish. This rating goes especially because Pljeskavica is probably of older origin than hamburger, but this is surely less known. It surely needs more information on history, types of pljeskavice, possibly recipes, and ofcourse an image of pljeskavice is a must for the article to be better. --Biblbroks's talk 07:02, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
