Please note that the coordinates in this article need fixing as: The provided coordinates correspond to the location listed as Pinehill on internet map sites. This is actually the town of Mountain View, which is technically in the Ramah zip code. The actual town of Pinehill is 8 miles farther south, at coordinates Latitude = 34.8891, Longitude = -108.4164. This is based off my personal knowledge of the area, which goes against Wikipedia policy, thus I have not changed them myself. Negativity13 (talk) 03:55, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for bringing this up here! I disagree, however: if you look at the site in Mapquest, you'll see that its placement relative to county lines fits the Census Bureau map (in the infobox here) perfectly. Moreover, the coords given here are quite close to those given by the GNIS. Nyttend (talk) 05:04, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that reasoning, which is why I haven't changed it. The sources seem to support the incorrect information. My own knowledge having been through Mountain View and Pinehill many times I guess is insufficient to correct it here though, but still worth noting in discussion. 1. The coordinates correspond with a place labeled as Pinehill on Google earth, several other maps, etc 2. Not what the local residents know it as. And if you look at a road map of New Mexico, you will find that the labels are different as suggested by Negativity 13. Check out a map available online:(http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=new+mexico+map&ei=UTF-8&fr=moz2-ytff-msgr) It wouldn't be the first time place names and locations in New Mexico are not correctly identified. 3. Can always call the NM highway department, or the county in Grants.... Those of us who have lived around here for 50+ years should know.
