Mr. William Breuckman[edit]

Any chance that the above was a "local socialist mayor" rather than a "local socialist major"? I truly don't know, but to me the former seems more likely than the latter (suppose that he could've been a former military officer, but somehow it seems more reasonable that this is a typo).
