Recommend that this page be merged into List of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air characters in which the entry for Uncle Phil has far more detail than this separate page. Very much agreed. Also, if this page stands, I don't think it is short enough or concise enough to be a fictional character stub. It seems more like a mini-plot on Uncle Phil.
