WP:BLP violation

I removed a section ("Controversy") from the article because it was a violation of WP:BLP - neither source cited mentioned Pete Aguilar by name, nor was there any mention in the article (other than the unsupported text I removed) that Aguilar even worked at the troubled credit union, let alone that he had a position where he was directly responsible for the stated troubles.

What is needed - if any of this material is to be reposted without another WP:BLP violation - are sources that directly link Aguilar to the actions taken by the NCUA and the FPPC. By "directly link" I mean that he and the regulator agency(s) is/are mentioned in the same reliable source. It's not enough to stitch together bits of information from here and there - that's a violation of the "No original research" policy. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 00:13, 5 June 2014 (UTC)
