Article title[edit]

The original Russian name for this state administration body is Народный комиссариат почт и телеграфов, with почт and телеграфов being the plural forms of the words почта and телеграф. That means that the correct English name should be People's Commissariat for Posts and Telegraphs. And this is similar to other instances:
