notability?[edit]

I see nothing in the article indicating the unique notability of Pennsylvania Ave. for Wikipedia purposes. Referring to termini at local parkways is only notable in those parkway's pages (if they exist). And bizarrely, "In 2000, construction took place nearby Pennsylvania Avenue" plain means that the construction has nothing to do with the street in question. I propose deletion.
