Lexical reason: 'Ortiz' is a Spanish-language surname whose last syllable is stressed, but it does not have an (acute) accent mark because it ends in ⟨z⟩ (in order to carry the mark, it needed to end in ⟨n⟩, ⟨s⟩ or a vowel).
