Updating the Article on Paul McCusker[edit]

Hi everyone,

First, I wanted to preface that I'm new to Wikipedia and still learning the platform. My college assignment had me picking an article to edit, which led me to the article on author Paul McCusker.

Here are the few changes I wanted to make to the article:

  1. Removing reference link 2 because the page doesn't exist:  "Dinner theater has teens trying to start church". The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. March 3, 2007.
  2. The Wikipedia article mentioned a statement from Paul McCusker | Messenger of Saint Anthony (messengersaintanthony.com), but there is no citation to this source: "From the late 1970s, he began writing sketches and plays...many of which were published and are still in print."
  3. Removing reference link 3 because it doesn't reach a page: "Producer feels real drama by winning 'Spinal Exam'". Gazette Telegraph. May 15, 1992.
  4. Adding to the Personal Life section: Paul McCusker moved to England with his wife in 1991 and lived in Hailsham and Winchester for a time. He was a Baptist until he attended an Anglican Church in England. (Sourcing both statements under the same references from the Interview with Paul McCusker regarding Adventures in Odyssey & Focus on the Family Radio Theatre - 2/28/2011 and Drake, Tim (June 2, 2010). "Storyteller Says the Greatest Story Led Him to the Church". National Catholic Register.
  5. Removing the source linked because it has no relevance to the article and did not cite sources itself: "Marjorie tops magical ton" - Star News
  6. Adding other publishing sources that back up the Peabody Award and his career: Dietrich Bonhoeffer: The Cost of Freedom - The Peabody Awards, Youth Titles By Paul McCusker | Augustine Institute, Tyndale | Authors | Paul McCusker, Authors - Paul McCusker - Page 1 - Ignatius Press

Let me know what you all think of the changes. Thank you everyone! KailaWisener (talk) 00:46, 20 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
