Where? Not sure where this "Mallette remained a mother figure to Justin, and his best friends Chaz Somers and Ryan Butler." goes, but it doesn't go where it was.

Locked Article Someone should lock this article, as I'm sure with additional bad behavior, Justin Bieber and anyone around him are going to be targeted for ridicule and molestation. It currently states that amongst other things, she's a witch who was born thousands of years ago, all things which I have no proof aren't true, but no sources are provided either. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.178.108.232 (talk) 19:49, 15 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal For Deletion[edit]

Who wants this article deleted? It is completely valid information, even though it is only an article because of her son Justin Bieber. I'd vote that we keep it. --Metsfreak2121 (talk) 02:25, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Author?[edit]

Is this meant to be a joke? Writing an autobiography does NOT make someone an author. This woman is Justin Bieber's mother, full stop. All her other qualities/achievements are things friends and acquaintances of any of us have done, but they are not therefore immediately worthy of an entry in an encyclopedia, they are not public figures. And, like I have already stated above, the only reason why Pattie Mallette is a public figure is because she has been allowed to share some of the glow of her son's spotlight. An author she is not. --Oulipal (talk) 15:48, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Pattie Mallete's suicide/pregnancy timeline does not add up??[edit]

Pattie Mallette must have had a very busy 17th year of her life. Pattie celebrated her 17th birthday on 4/2/93. She then claims that she attempted suicide by throwing herself in front of a truck. Following her suicide attempt she was institutionalized for a short/unknown period of time. Six months after Pattie's release she fell back into bad habits and became pregnant by Jeremy Bieber. This is where she must have worked miracles. Pattie Mallette gave birth to Justin on March 1, 1994 while she was still 17 years old.

For arguments sake lets say Pattie had a rough birthday and she attempted suicide that evening, 4/2/93. Now as mentioned above she was institutionalized for a short period of time, lets say 1 day, 4/3/93. Pattie admitted that she fell into bad habits again and got knocked up 6 months later. Lets use the Birthday suicide attempt (4/2/93), 1 day institution stay (4/3/93) plus 6 months to get knocked up. So the earliest possible date Pattie could have become pregnant using the assumed dates and according to her timeline is 10/4/93.

Now I don't know if Justin was born premature or if pregnancies are shorter in Canada but Pattie's due date should have been in late June or early July.... Not 3 months early on March 1st 1994. So whats the deal Pattie? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.92.92.225 (talk) 20:34, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are right to be confused. Pattie was born in 1975, not 1976. She turned 19 about a month after she had Justin. Whoever made this Wikipedia page was mistaken on her birth year. I'm not sure how to get it corrected. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.36.137.221 (talk) 20:14, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It was corrected, but google still has her birthday as April 2, 1976. Aaron Saltzer (talk) 19:18, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
