Fake image[edit]

France Charts[edit]

Sales?[edit]
I removed the sales figures of Paris (Paris Hilton album) since we had two different sets of numbers, none with a source: "U.S. sales: 180.000+; Worldwide sales: 722.000+" vs. "U.S. sales: 700.000+; Worldwide sales: 2.500.000+". New singles?[edit]
In the Paris Hilton article there is a sentence as: "My BFF" and "Paris For President" were released in 2008 as the first two singles. (from her new album). If so, why aren't those here? "Drunk Text" single?[edit]
Where is a reliable source confirming that "Drunk Text" is being released as a single?
Two references were offered (1 2). The first says 'rumors of a release ft Paris Hilton titled “Drunk Text.”', the second asks 'is the NSFW spoken-word tune going to be a single from Hilton's upcoming album?' Neither is a "source confirming it's a single."
There have been rumors that her second album is supposedly right around the corner since 2008. Hilton herself claimed that. It all turned out to be false. Per our core policy WP:VERIFIABILITY, until there is a reliable source confirming (!) with a release date and a title that there is going to be a new single, it cannot be part of this article. If you cannot provide such a source I will remove it again.

- Clearly you didn't read. The Pinstripe Mag source said, "Everyone is excited to hear more about your 3rd single ft Paris Hilton and titled, “Drunk Text” (Black Hole)." Um, wow, unless I'm mistaken, that confirms it. That "rumors of a release" was earlier on in the article, with them later claiming it was the third single. Manufactured Superstars didn't deny it, and proceeded to talk more about it, so it's pretty certain it is. It was released on iTunes as a single (albeit featuring Lea Luna, who they say they wrote it with), and then they later collaborated with Paris for it, which was the video leaked.
- Even if it's not a single, she still guest appeared in the video, so what did you remove that for? If you want to be pedantic, go and remove "Paris for President" as well. Was that a single? As far as I'm aware, it wasn't. Stop pretending like you're the guardian of this page with silly little sentences like "If you cannot provide such a source I will remove it again." Who assigned you to combat removals of what you consider speculative sources? (Also, what are you referring to? Unreliable or speculative? Unreliable is a completely different thing.) It's not only up to you nor I, it's between others as well. Pretty sure decisions regarding most of Wikipedia's content is made by decisions by consensus, and last time I checked, the page's name was not "Paris Hilton's discography according to Amalthea". 220.239.141.97 (talk) 01:02, 28 February 2012 (UTC)

- Unreleased yet. However, most discographies contain upcoming singles if they are sourced, and this is. It's going to be released as a single sooner or later, regardless of whether it was leaked. I think the leaking was probably an impetus for its release sooner rather than later. It is a confirmed single. Not by Paris, but at least by her featuring in the video and on the song, thus why it's on the article in different sections. All the news outlets reporting on "Paris Hilton's latest video" initially erroneously identified it as her new single before correcting themselves, with some later articles saying it was Manufactured Superstars' latest single, and she was just singing on it/featured in the video. Promo Singles[edit]
Turn It Up and Screwed were not official singles from the album, and should not be listed in the single section. I took them off, but somebody changed it back. Also, Paris has confirmed "Louder" is not her song, and shouldn't be included on the singles section.
