A fact from Oskar Fischer appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 14 September 2012 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that although Czech psychiatrist and neuropathologist Oskar Fischer made significant contributions to the description of Alzheimer's disease, his works largely remained unknown until 2008?
A Native German Speaker born during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, who went to the "German University" can hardly be classified as Czech.. For instance, Gustav Mahler, no one would call him a Czech.. perhaps Bohemian German would be more appropriate, no? Or Bohemian German/Czech?
