Was Osiris a System Lord, because in the episode, Summit, she is asked something along the lines of "so are you requesting to become a System Lord", and she replies "not me, my master Anubis" and they vote on him becoming one, so she wouldn't have been asked if she was one already.--GingerM 15:45, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Osiris used to be a System Lord, a rather powerful one in fact, but millenia ago was ousted by Seth. She has only just returned to the Galactic scene (Taking over Daniel Jackson's former girlfriend in the process) and does not have the martial might to demand the title of System Lord. It's because of her recent return from exile that she serves Anubis, she hasn't had the time our resources to amass any power of her own.

Sultry[edit]

"*Osiris is one of many Goa'uld goddesses introduced in the course of the show, all of which have been sultry in appearance. Others have included Amonet, Hathor, Jar'Din, Nirrti, Amaterasu and Kianna."

Osiris isn't a goddess, Osiris was a male deity, he just happened to have taken a female host out of necessity. JBK405 02:48, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
