Old Name[edit]

The old name of the Osian Assembly Constituency was Jodhpur Tehsil North, so I am adding the electoral performance of the 1952 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election. The source mentions the same on page number 60, which I quote: "In 1957, the municipal area of Jodhpur town was in Jodhpur city I and Jodhpur city II and Jodhpur Tehsil South was named Luni and Jodhpur Tehsil North was named Osian; Phalodi became a double member costituency with one seat reserved for SC." $arthakP (talk) 08:39, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
