Name of article[edit]

I have moved the article back to its original name. The recent move to a new name resulted in a name that was unnecessarily complicated, did not "enhance searchability", contrary to convention (few articles about organizations include the abbreviation of the name as part of the title unless there needs to be disambiguation, and was done without any discussion.
