I am new to wikipedia, so please excuse me if I sound ignorant. I don't understand why badlydrawnjeff deleted all of that information. I was planning on expanding it as soon as I had a little more time. It's one of my favorite books ever, and I just want people to be aware of it's existence. --MKnight9989 12:36, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I simply wasn't sure if or when you'd be back, and someone attempted to delete it, so I figured a lighter stub would be a better choice short term. Feel free to expand at will. --badlydrawnjeff talk 12:39, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate your patience badlydrawnjeff. See, I'm new to wikipedia (I've created four articles including this one; one has been deleted) and I'd appreciate any feedback/help on this article. Please get back to me soon. --MKnight9989 12:18, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

i could help in editing this article if you'd like. i own the book along with it's companion generation kill. as far as it's relivance the story is being turned into a movie, fick himself has spoken before congress, the book itself is on the marine corps commandants reading list.

Yeah I got this book for Christmas of '06, and I love it. In my opinion, anyone who has read this book has the right to edit this article.--MKnight9989 12:41, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - Although the article is short it has at least 2 editors who've committed themselves to expanding the article and IMO it's a sufficiently notable book by a notable author. – Conrad T. Pino 04:36, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep- I agree. I know I haven't done much since I created it, but I've been awfully busy lately, and if anyone can help it'd be appreciated. --MKnight9989 13:54, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep . As a pretty expierienced editor, I must say that this is a book worthy of its own article, that is, once expanded. Lord Dreamy § 14:15, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
