I wrote 1167 on the civil war page, but on closer reading it seems like Snorre puts the start of the rising to spring 1166. Fornadan (t) 16:40, 17 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Quite. I got fooled by Snorre myself - the ambush of Erling Skakke seems to have been 2 February 1167.--Barend 16:11, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
