Professor Dolapchiev is very famous scientist in Bulgaria. He was one of the founders of Bulgarian criminal law. After emigrating to the USA its research activities in Los Angeles. I did not understand why the page should be deleted?Fatih Su (talk) 04:48, 27 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
