Talk:Ngee Ann Cultural Centre

I quickly created this article based on material that I removed from Ngee Ann Kongsi because it didn't belong there. It (obviously) has no references, no categories, and very little of anything else, but it looked like someone put a lot of work into it (and, more importantly, it appears to be notable enough for an article) and I hated to lose the information altogether. I don't know enough about the topic to do much more with it, so I'll just leave it here and hope that more experienced/knowledgeable editors will come along to make it better.
