The first sentence has been changed to use the term grass roots because that's how the NYPL system is going to describe it. If the term grass roots is removed an alternate description is used, then it would not be a bad idea to change the NYPL's description of this system. 66.234.33.8 (talk) 10:14, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
