Gilded Dome[edit]

I propose the following edit to this page: Over time the gold dome became tarnished. In 2016 the gold dome was regilded with 24 karat leafing. The project cost of $2.8 million. https://www.concordmonitor.com/eagle-atop-capitol-dome-2225551
