Correct title of the book[edit]

The correct title of the book is "Nevada", with the quotation marks included in the title. This is abundantly clear from the print book. However, I'm not sure how to reflect this fact in the article. I think it would be an annoying complication to try to actually rename the page to include the quotes. However, I think I will change the title to include them in a few days, and make a few corresponding changes to the text, to see what kind of reaction that gets. Comments, anybody?
